PVC transparent pipe is often used as a protective sleeve for chemical supply pipelines in the electronics industry, and can also be directly used as a fluid transportation pipeline. The main reasons are as follows:
(1) The temperature of the die is uneven. Uneven temperature will cause uneven heating of the production materials. Check the heating ring to ensure that it is evenly nested in the die.
(2) The cooling effect is not good. The clear PVC tubes is not sufficiently cooled after production, so it is necessary to lower the temperature of the cooling water to completely cool it.
(3) The traction speed is inappropriate. Whether the traction speed is fast or slow will affect the surface finish, and the traction speed should be adjusted.
(4) The material has impurities. Impurities in the raw materials for the production of transparent tube pvc will cause flaws on the surface of the hose and produce wrinkles. The raw materials must be replaced.
(5) The temperature of the body and components is low. If the temperature is too low, the production process will not meet the requirements, which will affect the processing quality, and the temperature of the fuselage and components must be increased.
(1) Matte surface
①The temperature of the die is too low.
②The inner wall of the die is not dry.
③The net compressed air supply is insufficient or leaking.
① Increase the temperature appropriately.
②Clean the die.
③Increase the air supply or check for air leakage and repair.
(2) Uneven wall thickness of clear PVC tube
① The core mold and the die are not positioned correctly.
② Uneven plasticization.
③ Abnormal traction.
④ The compressed air is unstable.
⑤ The temperature of the machine head is unstable.
① The center position of the core mold and the die should be adjusted.
② Check the traction device.
③ The gas supply system should be stable.
④ Strengthen the control of the plasticizing system.
⑤ Check whether the heating device of the machine head is in good condition and make the temperature around the machine head stable.
(3) There are black lines on the surface of the transparent pipe fittings
① Uneven dispersion of raw material additives.
② The fluidity of raw materials is too poor.
③ The temperature of the machine head and filter is too high.
④ The structure of the machine head filter and shunt plate is poor.
⑤ The filter is not cleaned.
① Improve mixing, strengthen mixing, and improve dispersion performance.
② Improve the formula of raw materials.
③ Appropriately lower the temperature.
④ Check the filter and the shunt version.
⑤ Clean the filter.
(4) Wrinkles and corrugations on the surface of the clear PVC tube
① The temperature of the die is too high or the heating is uneven.
② The water supply of the cooling setting device is insufficient, and the water temperature is high.
③ The traction speed is too slow.
④ The die output is uneven.
① Check whether the heating device is damaged and lower the temperature.
② Increase the water supply appropriately.
③ Speed up the traction speed.
④ Adjust the gap of the die.
